Full Job Description
- Ability to lead by example and set the tone
- Current IICRC certification is preferred
- 1-3 years of disaster restoration experience but willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent communication skills
- Hardworking, reliable, organized
- Ability to work extended/on-call hours
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
- Valid CO Driver’s License
- Clean DMV and ability to pass a background check
- Supervising and training restoration technicians
- Setting the example of how to properly manage a loss
- Assessment and documentation on job site
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly
- Adherence to IICRC and 24-7 Restoration protocols
- Vehicle and equipment care and maintenance
- Helping to ensure a clean and organized warehouse
- Responsible for crew’s quality and productivity performance
- Excellent and responsive customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, crew, and management
