Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide priority response to potential customers
  • Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Educate customers on the reconstruction process
  • Obtain site photos, create an accurate sketch of all affected areas, and an accurate scope of work for all projects
  • Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for each project
  • Schedule subcontractors, material suppliers, and/or in-house carpenters for projects
  • Coordinate and oversee project execution
  • Recognize project constraints
  • Deliver a consistent and well-defined estimate using estimating platform
  • Document and review job file to reflect accuracy of all services
  • Conduct site visits as needed throughout project life
  • Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work
  • Compile and resolve punch list items
  • Perform final walk-through with customer
Education and Experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma required, associate or bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Project Management or Construction Estimating or Property Insurance Adjusting
  • Superb customer service track record
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient use of Xactimate and Docu-sketch preferred
  • Advanced math skills
  • Must have good driving record and valid driver's license
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.  Normal schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:15 pm.  Due to the emergency response nature of the business, this position frequently requires long hours, working on-call, and weekend work beyond normal hours.  Travel is required and is primarily local.  However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
