Job Description

We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Restoration/Renovation Manager to join our team. It is 35 hours per week, $24.00/hr

Expected start date: As soon as possible, latest by Mar 01, 2024

Job Description:

· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of a damaged residential home building

· Consult with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications

· Select, hire and supervise trade subcontractors to do specialized work, such as plumbing, heating and electrical work

· Plan and prepare work schedules and co-ordinate the activities of subcontractors

· Inspect work performed by subcontractors to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications

· May perform carpentry or other trade work during home construction or renovation activities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in engineering.

· Deep understanding of renovation and restoration

· More than 1 year experience

Additional Requirement:

3 Reference letters related to the field.
