As a Commercial Business Development Representative with SERVPRO of Denton, you will be making a difference every day by helping our commercial clients when disaster strikes.
In this role, a self-motivated, driven individual with strong relationship building skills is a must, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. This is a client facing role, working directly with key decision makers in the field to grow revenue through lasting relationships. 
The territory for this role includes all of the DFW metroplex and requires daily driving to meet with clients and prospects. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and ability to effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits and services 
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with contacts by conducting daily marketing calls, face to face client meetings, and presentations
  • Increase brand awareness by participating in regular networking events such as industry professional associations meetings, lunch-and-learns, golf tournaments, trade shows, etc.
  • Utilize marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track all lead activity and opportunities
  • Effectively communicate weekly updates and progress with Vice President of Business Development & Marketing for your targeted prospects
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals through productive activity and increased revenue
 
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • Must have a minimum of three years of business development experience, specifically in business to business
  • Strong process and results driven attitude
  • Skillset to serve our commercial client base through maintaining, building, and growing lasting relationships
  • Energetic, engaging personality 
  • Self-motivated, organized, and naturally curious individual 
  • Ability to identify and qualify prospects, leads and opportunities 
  • Experience in the restoration or insurance industry is a bonus 
 
Skills/Competencies
  • Knowledge of CRM data base  
  • Presentation skills 
  • Public speaking 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
