Key Responsibilities:
- IT Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with Servpro's business goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead our team by providing guidance and support.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and improvement of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Security: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect our data and systems from cyber threats.
- Software and Hardware Management: Manage software and hardware assets, ensuring they are up to date and meet the company's needs.
- Budgeting: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining service quality.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment and services.
- Project Management: Oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- User Support: Provide support for employees and resolve IT-related issues to maintain productivity.
- Compliance: Ensure that all IT operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management and leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technology trends.
- Proven experience in project management, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.
