Water, Fire & Mold Restoration Technician
SERVPRO of Pleasanton/Dublin is looking for an experienced, dependable Restoration Technician who works well as part of a team, is willing to get their hands dirty, and has the ability to take the lead on projects and coordinate other technicians.
Responsibilities
- Perform water, fire, mold and other restoration services
- Work hands-on alongside the team while leading and coordinating projects
- Take responsibility for projects from start to completion
- Direct and coordinate technicians as needed
- Set up, monitor and break down equipment and job sites
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain clean, organized vehicles, equipment and job sites
Qualifications
- Restoration or related construction experience
- Dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and heavier items with assistance
- Comfortable working on ladders and in crawlspaces, attics and other confined areas
- Willing to work hard and pitch in wherever needed
