Position Overview:
- Lead and supervise restoration crews in various projects, including water damage restoration, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and more.
- Ensure that all restoration work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process.
- Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Manage inventory of restoration equipment and supplies, and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and time worked by crew members.
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other team members to deliver successful restoration projects on time and within budget.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
- Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
- Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
- Previous experience in restoration work, preferably as a Crew Chief or similar leadership role is preferred, but not required.
- IICRC certification or equivalent training in restoration and remediation techniques is preferred, but not required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of restoration equipment, tools, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
