Hours: Currently we are offering this as a part time position with some flexibility.. This can be broken down to approximately 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, or 3 days per week for 8 hours/day. This can be further dicussed during the interview process.
- Ability to clearly and conscientiously speak with customers regarding outstanding debts
- Contacting customers via telephone and written communications regarding financial matters
- Ability to run/apply payments on our current software
- Ensure that client files are up to date with notes explaining the most current coorespondence
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- 1 year of collection/office-related experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
- Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
