This Position is a part of our Contents/Cleaning team, some common responsibilities include packing contents out of a damaged home, cleaning/restoring contents either onsite or at our facility, cleaning the structure, storing contents, and packing back contents. Respond to service calls as needed and perform services as assigned, following Servpro production guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
Cleaning and deodorizing fire and water damaged buildings and personal property.
Documenting, inventorying, cleaning, packing, and managing personal property items.
Review and validate job site documentation.
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors.
Create documentation of contents and/or the contents management process.

Position Requirements

High school diploma/GED (preferred)
At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated.
Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications.
Ability to lift minimum of 50lbs.

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
