As a Warehouse & Equipment Lead, you would be responsible for performing logistical and warehouse duties as well as assessing all safety-related warehouse processes. Conduct weekly safety training meeting to ensure all policies and procedures are understood and followed. You also be tasked with developing and implementing a fleet management program to ensure our current fleet is maintained properly while maintaining the warehouse daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily equipment and vehicle inspections.
Host weekly safety meeting.
Perform detailed and accurate data entry.
Maintain OSHA safety logs.
Conduct risk assessments
Enforce preventative measures
Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations.
Oversee workplace repairs, installations to maintain facility.
Position Requirements
1-3 years of safety supervisory experience
Must possess a minimum OSHA 30 Certificate - (within 60 days of employment)
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
