We are looking for a SKILLED Crew Chief that already knows how to do pack outs, contents cleaning, and structure cleaning.
Duties may include:
- Inventory, pack out and boxing
- Cleaning furniture and contents
- Cleaning residential as well as commercial and industrial structures
- Managing customers and clients on site
- Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
- Communicate clear expectations to all restoration technicians and temps + supervise their activities
- Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
- Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
- Explain processes and answer customer questions, as needed
- Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns to ensure customer needs are met
- Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
- Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers
- Resolve problems quickly as they arise
- Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details
- Manage assets by protecting and using vehicles, equipment and materials properly
- Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas
- Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues
- Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety

- Coach and train technicians and temps
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
- IICRC FRST certification DESIRED
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Ability to work alone as well as with a team
