 SERVPRO of Woodbury/Deptford is looking to add a Facilities Manager to our team! 
 
The Facilities Manager will be report to the General Manger and be responsible for managing the Warehouse Division. As a Facilities Manager, you will lead the day-to-day activities within the facility and ensure that the production division has the appropriate equipment, supplies and tools to accomplish all field work. 

Additionally, the ideal candidate will manage company building maintenance, equipment repair needs.  Maintain and manage vehicle fleet.  Will work and coordinate with other company departments as the need arises.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Oversees the Warehouse day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain Vehicle Fleet
  • Maintain field equipment, including inventory
  • Inventory of Consumables
  • Track and Coordinate Customer Content and Storage
  • Coordinate movements and activities with the Administrative and Production Departments daily.

Position Requirements 
  • High School Graduate or GED Equivalent 
  • Valid Driver’s License 
  • 2+ years of management experience 
  • At least one year of restoration industry experience preferred 
  • IICRC certifications preferred
  • Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
  • Strong process and results driven attitude
  • Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated 
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
     
    Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
  •  Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  •  Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
  • Mechanical and Vehicle knowledge is preferred

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
