- Oversees the Warehouse day-to-day operations.
- Maintain Vehicle Fleet
- Maintain field equipment, including inventory
- Inventory of Consumables
- Track and Coordinate Customer Content and Storage
- Coordinate movements and activities with the Administrative and Production Departments daily.
- High School Graduate or GED Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- 2+ years of management experience
- At least one year of restoration industry experience preferred
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
- Strong process and results driven attitude
- Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
- Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies - Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Mechanical and Vehicle knowledge is preferred
