SERVPRO of South Palm Beach is a rapidly growing restoration franchise. We are part of SERVPRO’s national franchise system, which was recently inducted into Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 Hall of Fame and as a proven leader in our industry, provide services to residential, commercial, and industrial properties impacted by water, fire and mold damage. 

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team.  As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in growing our restoration company by identifying and building relationships with new business partners and clients.

Position Responsibilities:

·         Generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts to build relationships with potential clients, including property managers, and other professionals in related fields.
·         Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for new business.
·         Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed revenue goals and grow market share.
·         Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
·         Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our company and services.
·         Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and pipeline status.
·         Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including quality and safety standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

·         3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the restoration or construction industry
·         Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
·         Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
·         Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong organization and time management skills.
·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

·         Base Salary $50,000 plus commission ($65,000 to $150,000 potential)

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
