Responsibilities for Controller / Accounting Manager
MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE AND AN ACCOUNTING BACKGROUND. CONSTRUCTION / WATER MITIGATION EXPERIENCE HELPFUL
MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE AND AN ACCOUNTING BACKGROUND. CONSTRUCTION / WATER MITIGATION EXPERIENCE HELPFUL
- Enter, track and pay company accounts payable
- Enter and maintain cash receipts and disbursement journal and general ledger
- Prepare bank reconciliation for all the bank accounts
- Prepare the monthly and quarterly reports for different funding sources and Royalty Reporting
- Assist General Manager for the preparation of the audit work
- Assist General Manager in preparing the budget for the organization
- Work with Quickbooks Online / DASH / excel / Outlook and other proprietary software
- ***. Accounts Receivable. Responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from individuals or businesses that owe money.
- ***. Invoice customers for services rendered
- Weekly Payroll processing
- Weekly financial meeting
Qualifications for Controller / Accounting Manager
- The ability to prioritize while adhering to strict deadlines
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks Online
- Maintaining yearly cash sheets (excel)
- Accounts payable / Receivable
- Attention to detail
- Organization is key
- Time management
- Positive, energetic and the ability to work as a team player
