Servpro is a national leader in property restoration, with more than 2,000 franchises across the United States. Our locally-operated franchise provides cleaning and reconstruction services for properties in Allentown, PA, and the surrounding areas.

Position Description:

We are seeking a full-time Restoration Technician to join our team. This role reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for performing labor-intensive tasks to fulfill the needs of property cleanup and restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have some experience using tools and cleaning equipment.

$18-20/hour based on experience + $1,200 sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities:

Perform demolition, cleanup, and other labor-intensive tasks
Inventory and load work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies.
Maintain an organized vehicle and clean equipment.
Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging areas and equipment for each project.
Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
Communicate with crew supervisor and other technicians to maintain efficient job production.
Perform end-of-day cleanup and breakdown.

Skills & Requirements:

Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
IICRC certifications preferred (willing to train)
Dependable transportation to/from our warehouse
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
