As the Human Resource Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of recruitments, benefits communications, career path development and communications, etc.  We have grown very quickly over the past three years and have a great opportunity for someone to take on an important role to help us make everyone on the team feel appreciated and help them understand how amazing their future can be with our team. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Help development career paths for our mitigation and construction teams
  • Lead the efforts for our recruitment for all positions across the company (we are ALWAYS hiring!)
  • Work with payroll team to ensure accuracy of benefits, deductions, etc.
  • Lead employee engagement efforts 
  • Work with leadership to develop ever-changing strategies to attract the best talent possible
  • Manage employee documentation, onboarding, and outboarding

 Position Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
