The Restoration Crew Chief completes water, fire and mold restoration projects in residential homes and commercial buildings. What you will be responsible for:

Perform water, fire and mold production processes.
Create a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities.
Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers. Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects. Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.

What you should already know

How to complete water, fire and mold restoration services
How to be a great teammate with a strong work-ethic who is not afraid of hard work
How to be “handy”, use tools and complete basic labor, cleaning, and demolitions tasks
How to effectively communicate with others.
How to utilize basic math and computer skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance and complete a variety of physically demanding activities.
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

What you will receive

o Base Salary of $22.00 per hour based on experience with possibility of overtime pay, bonus and increases based on merit.
