Busy construction company looking for an experienced Billing Manager to oversee distribution and facilitate receipt of incoming service payments. Ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated and have a thorough understanding of Excel and the billing life cycle. An understanding of insurance claims is preferred.

Responsibilities include:
Overseeing billed jobs
Preparing invoices
Use of Quickbooks, Egnyte and other proprietary software
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks while still being flexible

A good attitude and a desire to learn new things are musts!

Compensation: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
