Servpro of Central Schaumburg/West Bloomingdale is looking for an experienced Construction Professional to join the reconstruction team within our company on a full-time regular basis. The position will start $20-$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Summary: The Construction Crew Member is an intermediate to advanced level crew position. The ideal candidate will have experience with all phases of interior construction, including drywall repair/replacement, mudding/floating of drywall, finish trim/carpentry, cabinetry installation, vinyl and ceramic flooring installation, and painting. Basic plumbing/electrical fixture installation experience is also required. Applicant MUST be able to work well alone and have good time management skills. Applicant MUST be able to pass a general background check.

Duration: Full-time

This position is a full-time 40 hour/ week position.

Job Description: The General Maintenance Crew Member will perform various general maintenance functions in buildings throughout the various properties in the Chicagoland area.

Essential Job Requirements: Prior general construction experience is mandatory.

3+ years of experience required;
Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools;
Must be willing to work unsupervised and alone
Must work neatly and in a courteous manner in occupied homes
Must have valid driver’s license and a cell phone.
