We're looking for a superstar who is comfortable in challenging situations and adept at communication. This role is for the driven hunter, eager to close deals and foster relationships along the way.

Compensation:

$35,000 - $70,000/yr
The position includes a base salary, but is heavy on commission for sold jobs
Compensation largely depends on your work ethic and willingness to apply yourself!

Responsibilities:

Empathetic client interactions, showcasing customer service excellence
Respond to, assist, and sell jobs to our customers
Team collaboration and leadership, actively participating in tasks and learning
Efficient multitasking, coordinating activities for assigned jobs and crews
Ability to work a M-F 8-5, with availability 24/7 to meet customer needs
Adherence to safety guidelines at job sites, in the office, and during travel

Qualifications:

3-5 years experience in restoration - additional customer service experience preferred
Ability to take photos and type into electronic devices
Valid Driver's License
High school diploma/GED required with college degree preferred
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Bilingual is a plus but not required
Willingness to work hard 24/7 with a positive attitude and contagious smile
