- Develop and build a book of business using appropriate prospecting strategies
- Build trust and rapport with existing and potential clients
- Implement sales strategies, negotiate and close service agreements with decision makers
- Identify, qualify and assess client needs to determine suitable services
- Network and maintain contacts with commercial property owners and/or decision makers
- Actively pursue diverse revenue channels via existing client base and develop new account referral relationships.
- Min of 2 years sale experience in the commercial industry
- Ability to identify key players within an organization and develop a strategy to approach and develop a professional relationship
- Excellent communication and follow through skills
- Creative problem solving and objection handling skills
- A receptive person who sees a challenge as an opportunity for sharpening their skill-set and exploring new ideas.
