- Treat clients with empathy, showcasing customer service skills for satisfaction.
- Lead by example as a team player, actively engaging in work, learning, and cleaning.
- Demonstrate multitasking abilities, coordinating activities on all assigned jobs.
- Prepare for daily tasks, loading vehicles, cleaning equipment, and setting up staging areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized workplace, leaving job sites with a neat appearance.
- Ensure effective two-way communication with crew chief and other technicians, especially regarding customer needs and concerns.
- Understand and adhere to safety guidelines on job sites, in the office, and during travel.

- Ability to take photos and type into electronic devices
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience in cleaning preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Exposure to chemicals - Wearing required protective equipment such as respirator, masks, gloves, etc.
- Physically demanding jobs - Walking, kneeling, bending and standing for long periods of time
- Ability to carry 0-20 pounds of equipment into buildings and up/down stairwells
- Driving company vehicles
