Our Team is seeking candidates who are comfortable working in challenging situations, have excellent communication skills, and have an eye for detail. Cleaning and/or Maid Service experience is a plus (not required).

Job Description:
Perform services as assigned, following SERVPRO® production guidelines. Communicate with the Supervisor to make sure all customer needs are met. Support Supervisor and other production personnel, as needed. Detailed cleaning on small to large size contents removed from customer's property.

Responsibilities:

Completes inventory of customer contents and SERVPRO products, and ensures supplies are available for each project.
Maintains a clean and organized workspace while keeping equipment in premium condition.
Sets up staging area and equipment for projects.
Performs production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines per work order per supervisor's directions.
Performs end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave the work area clean and orderly.
Provides optimal customer service while interacting with valued SERVPRO customers.
On-call rotation as needed (optional).

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
Exposure to chemicals
Walking and standing for long periods
Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law
