Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Promptly receive and enter lead calls and job referrals into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Handle general phone calls and greet visitors to the office, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Efficiently dispatch and track lead calls and job referrals to appropriate operational teams, ensuring timely response and resolution.
  • Collaborate with teams to coordinate the production schedule and on-call schedule, ensuring efficient and timely job completion.
  • Monitor the logistical aspects of job referrals to ensure that they progress smoothly and meet customer expectations.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Prior dispatch experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and remain detail-orientated
  • Knowledge of local geographical area is preferred
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
Hours:
  • Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm
