As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Production Manager demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This role involves coordinating production processes, ensuring quality control, and fostering a positive customer experience.

Compensation:

Competitive annual salary: $55,000 - $75,000 based on prior experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate production processes, ensuring quality control
Manage the customer experience and overall satisfaction, tracked with online reviews
Communicate expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
Document detailed job files, supporting provided services
Manage labor, consumable item usage, and assets on assigned projects
Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues
Manage, mentor, train, and lead the entire loss process
Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety
Protect and use equipment and materials properly
Work hard and lead by example - not a sit at home and be the boss type of position!

Key Requirements:

Valid driver’s license
High school diploma/GED
At least 3 years of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
IICRC certification and ASD preferred
2-3 years progressive management experience in the restoration field

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
Repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Work with/around cleaning agents
Ability to navigate electronic devices
Successful completion of a background check subject to applicable law
