- Experience: Demonstrated experience in water damage restoration, including water extraction, drying, and mitigation techniques.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with industry-standard equipment and tools, such as water extractors, dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with property owners, insurance adjusters, and team members.
- Physical Capability: Ability to regularly lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as needed.
- Licensing: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Starts at $18/hr without experience, and higher with experience.
- Possibility of overtime hours and wage increases is based on merit.
