Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Restoration Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, a passion for restoration work, and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks related to restoration projects, including framing, drywall installation, finish carpentry, etc.
Assess and repair structural damage caused by disasters such as fire or water damage.
Work with various materials, tools, and equipment to complete restoration projects efficiently and to industry standards.
Follow blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate and precise carpentry work.
Remove and replace damaged building materials, including walls, ceilings, flooring, and trim.
Assist in the restoration of historical or architecturally significant properties when required.
Collaborate with project managers, restoration teams, and subcontractors to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Uphold safety standards and practices on job sites to prevent accidents and injuries.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

Proficient in trim install, drywall hanging, drywall finishing, and painting.
Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing is preferred, but not required.
Ability to pass a background check.
Valid Driver's License.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Superior oral communication skills.
