- Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects utilizing computer software and proprietary software
- Review color options and act as the customers primary contact though out the project.
- Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
- Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
- Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
- Manage a great customer & client experience and overall customer satisfaction
- Provide priority response to potential customers
- A positive attitude and desire to provide great customer service
- Construction project management: 2 years (Preferred)
- Knowledgeable in Xactimate is helpful
- High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- IICRC certification a preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
