Job Description:

Respond to service calls as needed during normal working hours and on-call shifts. Perform assigned services as per SERVPRO® production guidelines. Communicate with the crew chief to ensure all customer needs are met consistently. Support crew chief and other production personnel at job sites and clean/maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed.

Responsibilities
We are seeking to hire a general labor technician capable of physical tasks to assist crew chiefs and project managers with water and fire damages, mold, biohazard and crime scene cleaning.
Main tasks include removal of building materials, general cleaning, equipment management, and other general labor activities. This is a face-paced environment with minimal down time.

Qualifications:

Effective oral communication
Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
High school diploma/GED
IICRC certifications preferred
Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
Exposure to chemicals
Mandatory nights and weekends as needed
Ability to stand 6 hours a day
Walking for long periods of time as well as, driving, sitting, climbing
Ability to safely climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings, attics)
Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
