- Coordinate and perform mitigation/restoration processes while ensuring quality control. This is a hands-on position.
- Supervise and assist with production activities which include loading of equipment/supplies into vehicles, worksite preparation, demolition, cleaning, equipment setup/breakdowns, and other labor intensive activities.
- Develop scopes of work and execution plans that are clearly communicated to restoration technicians.
- Assess project requirements and determine material and equipment needs
- Supervise production activities ensuring equipment and materials are being properly used and project timelines are being met.
- Document a detailed and accurate job file including floor plan sketches, measurements, photos and written summaries
- Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
- Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues
- Prior supervisory experience required
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, construction, or related
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- Basic math skills are a must
- IICRC certification a plus, not required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
