We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for multiple tasks ranging from fieldwork and scheduling to paperwork. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager/Construction Office Manager, working primarily in the field, but from time to time in the office. Will work with team members in Sales, Construction, and Operations. A Construction Project Manager communicates, and collaborates with other employees, customers, vendors and sub-contractors to ensure the successful execution and achievement of company objectives and goals, while promoting a positive attitude with other employees, vendors and sub-contractors, and homeowners.

Monday-Friday 7:15-5:00 work week
Must possess at least 3-4 years of construction project management experience as well as be proficient in details and time-management skills. Attention to detail, paperwork and communication is key. The job will entail visiting jobsites as well as working in the office with other office personnel in assuring that open projects are kept on schedule and finished in a timely manner.
