Responsibilities:
Working knowledge of all phases in general construction for remodeling and new construction
Framing, drywall installation to include finishing, flooring installation (nor carpet) window and door installation, detailed finish work carpenter (i.e. trim work), installation kitchen cabinetry, basic plumbing, and electrical knowledge
Ability to work unsupervised in all areas

Qualifications:
5 years of experience is required in a skilled construction or similar field
Own small power and hand tools
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Pass drug teat if required
Physically capable of performing all duties with no restrictions

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
