Residential Construction Worker

Ideal candidate for this position has an understanding of the majority of residential construction
including paint, drywall, framing, flooring and carpentry. This position requires a strong sense of
urgency and is best suited for an individual that works comfortably within a fast paced
environment, but is methodical, persistent, and committed to quality. Eagerness, initiative, and
ability to self-motivate are must-haves! Work is continuous throughout the year.

Duties:
 Demolition and/or cleanup
 Painting
 Remodeling and/or retrofitting
 Drywall repairs
 Caulking
 Floor installation/repair
 Gutter cleaning
 installation/ assembly
 Tile work
 Wood work
