What You’ll Be Doing:
-
Responding to water damage calls (residential & commercial)
-
Performing mitigation, cleanup, and light demolition
-
Loading, staging, and maintaining tools & work vehicles
-
Following all safety guidelines and SERVPRO protocols
-
Working hands-on with a crew to restore properties, "Like it never even happened."
Job Requirements:
Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally 100 lbs with help)
-
Work in crawl spaces, attics, and on ladders
-
Be comfortable with extended hours, standing, walking, and physical labor
-
Be part of our on-call rotation (24-hour emergency response)
Ideal Candidate:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Construction, restoration, or cleaning experience (preferred)
- IICRC certification (a plus, but not required—we’ll help you grow!)

Compensation: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
