We’re looking for a Project Manager who would be responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives, hiring subcontractors if necessary or selecting project team members from existing departments and setting or adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines.

• Currently performing the following duties:
• Inspect residential and commercial properties for prospective customers before

accepting new projects in order to identify damages and determine profitability.
• Prepare scopes of work needed to remediate damages in homes affected by water,

sewage, mold, vandalism, trauma, and pathogens including COVID19.
• Prepare initial estimates prior to beginning work and final estimates once project

reached completion.
• Keep up with Servpro technical directives and bulletins in order to comply with rules

set forth by each insurance carrier.
• Prepare and issue work orders for each crew every morning before dispatching jobs.
• Provide detailed quality control via frequent project site visits.
• Conduct on-site training for technicians and identify problems while in the field.
• Meets project deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Review and inspects projects on regular basis to ensure standards are being met.
• Manage budget and project expenses by tracking over time hours and submitting

PO’s to accounting as needed.
• Communicate with crews every morning and throughout the day in order to set

realistic expectations and outline scope of work for each job to be performed for the

day.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email in order to keep customer

informed

and document project progression.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters in order to confirm coverage and acquire all

needed approvals for each project.
• Resolve problems with customers by addressing customer’s concerns as soon as they

are brought up
