Servpro of Central Schaumburg/West Bloomingdale is looking for an experienced general carpenter for a short term project. This is for replacement of subfloor decking on an elevated floor in a commercial space in Villa Park.
The project includes removal of approximately 1,800sf of existing OSB, and installation of approximately 2,700sf of new 5/8" plywood. Approximately half of the new deck material will need to be cut on site.
Previous carpentry experience is required. You must have experience with installation of subfloors or decking/sheathing, and evidence of work and referrals will be required prior to hiring. You must have your own tools.
All materials will be provided on site.
This project will be paid HOURLY at a rate of $25.00, with a contractual bonus for completion by a defined date.
Hiring immediately with a start date of ASAP.
