The Sales Representative is a key member of the Sales team, focusing on building long-term relationships with clients and being driven to generate new business opportunities. At SERVPRO, you will be backed by the largest name in the Restoration and Reconstruction business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through prospecting and networking.
  • Educate clients about our mitigation and construction services and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Follow up on leads and project opportunities, closing sales and ensuring repeat business.
  • Track sales activities, maintain client records, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-based industry (construction, restoration, or similar fields a plus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player who works well with others and is committed to achieving company goals.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
