With training and experience, the Specialty Mitigation Tech Supervisor, will safely provide value added services to our clients. The individual will also complete appropriate jobsite logs, lead a production team and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Our employees will adhere to EGLE, MIOSHA and IICRC standards and practices. The individual may also participate in industry training, continued education and refreshers as needed.
- Work safely within the company policies and guidelines
- Job site preparation
- Maintain job site safety
- Work with project manager and other team members including mitigation, reconstruction and cleaning departments.
- Ensure clear two-way communication with management and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
- Performs maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supervise general labor team.
- Valid Chauffeur's license or ability to obtain one in the first 30 days of employment
- Ability to pass a medical evaluation and DOT med card
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Less than 10% travel
- Compliance with background check, drug and driving policies
- Tool identification and usage
- Ability to wear a respirator
- Ability to conform with site specific procedures
- Ability to complete safety training
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- 0 - 2 years related experience a plus
- Construction and customer service experience is a plus
