The Facilities/Equipment Manager performs general maintenance on our shops, office, and equipment to ensure the smooth operation and professional appearance of our equipment, fleet vehicles, and facilities. By providing quality, consistent, efficient work, you represent the best in the cleanup and restoration industry. Primary Responsibilities
- Inspect and identify equipment, vehicles, buildings, and machines in need of repair.
- Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
- Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician.
- Performs routine maintenance on shops and office.
- Clean and assist with upkeep of facilities and equipment
- Maintains maintenance schedule for all fleet vehicles.
- Informs supervisor of supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- General knowledge of equipment and repairs.
- Knowledge of and ability to use hand tools and small power tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights.
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for periods of time.
- Ability to push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
