- Create and complete annual business plan and goals
- Conduct Managers’ meetings
- Develop annual company budget, including projected revenue, projected expenses, and desired profit margin
- Apply Stages Model Organization Chart to plan and help determine staffing needs
- Oversee and assist with training and development of staff, as necessary
- Monitor and manage Marketing, Production, and Office Divisions to meet (or exceed) revenue, expense, and profit goals and objectives
- Ensure clear two-way communication with owner, managers, team members, property owners, and clients
- High school diploma/GED, college degree preferred
- IICRC certifications—WRT and ASD, Master designation a plus
- Effective written and oral communication
- 5+ years management experience in the Fire and Water Restoration industry
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledgeable at estimating, job costing, and quality control
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Xactimate estimating software
- Experience working with property owners and clients
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Exposure to chemicals
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
- Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
