Job Description: 
A Cleaner is responsible for keeping offices, homes, hotels or other public areas neat and organized. Their main duties include sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, dusting countertops, ceilings and furniture and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens or other public areas.. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed. 

Responsibilities: 
  • General cleaning of public areas, homes, businesses and others 
  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
  • Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
  • Restoration cleaning and/or construction clean up
  • Communicate with other staff about issues or scheduling 
Qualifications:
  • Effective oral communication
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Drivers license required 
  • Great time management skills 
  • Ability to work autonomously 
  • Versatility, discretion and consistency 
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Must have a drivers license 
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals
  • Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
  • Ability to work in tight spaces 
  • Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
