As a Field Operations Technician your days will be filled with different tasks like driving work vehicles, loading and unloading equipment supplies and materials, setting up work areas, packing boxes and moving furniture, performing controlled demolition, cleaning surfaces, equipment and vehicles. You will be working in homes, businesses, attics, basements, crawlspaces, on top of ladders and maybe even man lifts. You will be expected to use tablets, complete work orders, communicate with supervisors and office personnel. We are looking for people who are interested in learning our trade and helping us grow our company to the next level. We are looking for those who have a hunger to learn new skills, work hard, get dirty and do noble work for our community!

- Create Happy customers by learning and executing project related tasks daily.
- Communicate project plan and updates with all team members with Field operations management and office personnel.
- Maintain vehicles, equipment and warehouse.
- Valid drivers license
- Flexible schedule (frequently work past 5pm, work nights and weekends as needed)
- Ability to participate on the on call schedule
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to learn and be trained the Servpro way
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to state and federal law.
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Exposure to chemicals
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
- Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
