The role
We are looking for the right person to join our restoration team. This essential position is going to learn from and work with our restoration team everyday to learn execute cleaning and drying processes. This is your chance to learn a skilled, niche trade. We'll teach you the restoration skills. The people who excel here usually come from janitorial, restoration or construction work: they know what real jobsite conditions are like and have an excellent work ethic. If that sounds like you, you'll be at home here. As a Restoration Technician, you'll be on the front line of every job. You'll prepare and protect the property, carry out the restoration work, and leave each jobsite clean and safe.

Property restoration is a challenging and fast paced industry. Deadlines and priorities change frequently. Work hours change often and working 50+ hours is common. What key areas will you be responsible for?
- Learning restoration processes
- Performing cleaning & restoration tasks according to SERVPRO standards.
- Communicating with the team and documenting projects at a high level.
- Vehicles, equipment and facility maintenance.
- Contributing to a team culture and a positive work environment.
What does winning look like?
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
- Perform demolition and cleaning activities while protecting the customers space and belongings.
- Ensure work vehicles are stocked with all necessary supplies for each project, unloaded and cleaned daily.
- Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
- Learn and develop restoration skills to elevate the SERVPRO Brand and grow within the company.
- Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
- Perform tasks as expected and meet project timeline goals.
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
✅ What we are looking for in a technician
- You care about how you look, how you act, what you say, and the work you produce.
- You are honest, respectful, dependable, a team player and will hold yourself accountable for your actions.
- Flexible and willing to work overtime, nights, and weekends. This is not a Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm position.
- You are able to read/write legibly and use mobile software.
- You have reliable 24/7/365 transportation and a valid driver’s license
- You are able to lift 50–100 lbs, work at heights, and work in tight spaces.
- Strong work ethic to hustle and get things done efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Professional experience in restoration, cleaning, janitorial, carpentry, plumbing, drywall, painting is highly desired.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.75 per hour
