SERVPRO Team Shaw is one of the largest SERVPROs in the country and has grown from one location in 2019 to 27 locations today across three major markets. We assisted over 3000+ customers with water and fire emergencies in 2023 across the DFW metroplex and are a full turnkey provider for our customers doing everything from Water and Fire Emergency Services, Moving and Storage of Contents, and Textile Cleaning all the way to Reconstruction.

SERVPRO Team Shaw is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction/Mitigation Laborer to join our team. As a laborer, you will play a key role in our mission to help communities recover from disasters by assisting with the cleanup, restoration, and rebuilding of properties affected by water, fire, storm, or mold damage. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with water, fire, and mold mitigation projects, including cleanup, demolition, and restoration tasks
Support construction team members with framing, drywall, painting, and other general labor tasks during the rebuild phase
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris, organizing materials, and following all safety protocols
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed
Work alongside crew leaders, project managers, and other team members to meet project timelines and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction, demolition, or restoration preferred but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and commitment to safety
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and overtime as needed
