Full Time • Hebron
Our office is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! The individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. Looking for an organized and people friendly individual with proficient computer skills. Previous experience in a construction office or equivalent is a plus. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Basic duties include answering a multi-line telephone, daily filing, job file uploads and assisting management in day-to-day operations. 
Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting
  • Proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Suite and multi-line telephones
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Organizational/filing skills
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fast learner that is excellent under pressure
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 40WPM
  • **Must be available to work after hours when necessary and weekends during storm season when necessary.
Hours
  • 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required
  • 7:30 am-4:00 pm and 8:30 am- 5:00 pm (subject to change)
 
Pay Rate
$15.00-$20.00 BASED UPON EXPERIENCE 

 
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
