Position Summary:
The Content Inventory Supervisor (CIS) is responsible for tracking and documenting all aspects of the contents handling and processing on a project. This supervisor will manage teams on the project site, audit documentation and reports, and submit daily updates for the project file.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate all content on the project. 
  • Supervise documentation of all inventory being processed. 
  • Oversee personnel involved in the content inventory process. 
  • Track the progress of all contents through the moving, storage, cleaning, or deodorization stages.
  • Document all non-salvageable items. 
  • Report daily activities to the Restoration Operations Manager.  

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to successfully fulfill the major duties and responsibilities above. Some key requirements to fulfill the position may include, but are not limited to:  
  • Proven ability to manage and collaborate with team members
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; multi- or bi-lingual skills are a plus.
  • Intermediate problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented in content documentation and inventory tracking.
  • Prior experience in cleaning/restoration is preferred.
  • OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance), climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
  • Comfortable with prolonged standing, walking, and repetitive movements.
  • Ability to work safely around cleaning chemicals/products.


Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced work environment.
  • Shift hours may vary depending on project scope but typically consist of 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
  • Approximately 60% of each work day will be spent conducting site walkthroughs to assess progress.
  • Must be able to travel locally within the company’s service area.

Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
