- Execute production operations and perform demolition and other necessary tasks.
- Ensure inventory and load vehicles with required equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Prepare work areas efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with supervisors and fellow technicians to optimize production operations.
- Conclude each project with thorough cleanup and site organization.
- Strong oral communication skills, basic math, and computer proficiency.
- Prior experience in cleaning/restoration is preferred.
- High school diploma/GED.
- IICRC certifications are advantageous.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, with occasional assistance for items up to 100 pounds.
- Comfort working at various heights and in confined spaces.
- Willingness to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Successful completion of drug test.
