JOB DESCRIPTION(S):
  • Clean air ducts and vents per SERVPRO’s outlined procedures and processes
  • Adheres to the industry-standard protocol for the department.
  • Able to clean grills or sections of ductwork as needed
  • Properly attach duct connections for metal or flex ductwork
  • Able to assist lead duct cleaner in setting up and operating negative air machine for duct cleaning
  • Assist lead tech to keep van and tools organized
  • Assist in the removal and replacement of all registers during the cleaning process
  • Maintain a safe and clean working area, ensuring all equipment and tools were accounted for at the end of the workday
  • Provide excellent customer service to the customer, informing and advising the customer of the cleaning process and effectively answering any questions
Minimum Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in Duct Cleaning
  • Ability to work after hours and on weekends, as needed
  • Ability to comply with quality assurance expectations set forth by SERVPRO
  • NADCA/IICRC Certifications are preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and able to bend, squat, and climb frequently
  • A valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required
  • Ability to work safely as defined by company safety standards and procedures
