Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm
- Customer service
- Assisting with scheduling
- Entering account payable invoice and receipts
- Collecting invoices from project managers
- Keeping organized and detailed documentation of all correspondence with customers
- Handling some account receivable files when necessary
- Assisting Office Manager with any office administrative work
- General understanding of QuickBooks and accounting
- 3+ years of administrative office experience
- Organized and able to multitask
- Knowledge of construction services
45 hours per week
