Looking for Insured Subcontractors ASAP!

* Must provide general liability certificate
* Must provide worker's compensation certificate or exemption

* We have a large client list, 20 or more at a time. There is a consistent influx of new projects as the majority are insurance claims.
* Paid in draws per project. Jobs ranging from $1k to $100k.
* Most consist of sheetrock, paint, trim, subfloor, flooring (carpet, LVP, sheet goods, tile), cabinet and vanity installations, some small plumbing repairs. Occasionally our company deals with framing and roofing.
* Must have reliable transportation and all necessary tools to complete site work.
* Multiple trades a PLUS but not required!
* Taking on more than ONE project at a time is a plus but not required!
